Password Renewal (without email)
Use this feature if:
- You don't have a registered email in the system
- You don't have access to your email
- You prefer password renewal via administrator
- You need to renew your password without email communication
Tip: If you have an email, you can also use the faster 'Forgotten password (email)' feature.
Security Information
- The request is valid for 1 hour
- Administrator verification is required
- The verification code will be provided by the administrator
- The process is secure and audited
Important
After submitting the request, the system will display a verification code. You must provide this code to the administrator who will help you complete the password renewal.
